I realize this is not an original idea by any shake of the stick ,but Ive seen and admired other peoples shots of dew or water drops on leafs and wanted to have a pop myself. All comments and suggestions are very much apreciated.

i like this one the best of the three drops on a leaf pieces :)
:icon4420:

Its a Fuji Finepix S 5000.This is one of the first pictures Ive used the cameras raw mode and its made quite a difference to the clarity and got rid some of that grain I usually pick up.

Its very nice.
How many megapixels?
Im looking at a kodak easyshare Z612, 7.1 megapixel and 12x zoom.
I cant wait to get it =]

Its 6 megapixels on the Fuji although I usually shoot on three to save space on the memory card unless im using raw but that onl gives me 16 shots with my current memory card.
The kodak sounds cool ,12 x zoom allows you to take shots of things you wouldnt normally be able to capture and with 7 mp youll be able to crop a shot right down without having to worry about the quality.Does it have a raw mode?
:iconbrunette20gurl10:
Awesome!
Im not sure, I will have to look again.
Whats the raw mode do?

Heheh I was sounding like I knew what I was tallking about and youve called my bluff. As nfar as I understand it the camera saves the shot without processing a certain amount of the data or something or other, anyway that means you have more control over the finished image (colour balance ,exposure etc). Can really make a big difference to a shot and it means you can completely alter the tone of a shot without losing quality.Ive only used it once or twice so far so Im not too sure of the ins and outs, check out gilad's profile page he has a guide to raw posted in his journal and his gallery is amazing.
:iconbrunette20gurl10:
I will do that, lol
Im not really a pro at photography when it comes to terms and all that, but I will look more closely when I am shopping for my camera and see if I can find one with that feature in it, it sounds very handy to have.
