Update: Dodging, burning, vignette, colour toning, levels and various other tweaks.

I could'nt go to to the original RAW file for this update as it's on my broken computer (along with 1500 other shots I want to get my hands on) so I've had to download it from DA and edit on top of that.I think it looks better ,certainly a lot smoother. It's just a shame about that turd of a sky but I can't do much for it without the RAW file (even trying to match the colour tone to the foreground has been a royal pain in the arse) unless anybody has any suggestion's?

.................

I find it interesting that you only ever see the massive pylons and substations etc in rural areas.

Thank's mate,I'll probably redo it from scratch once I can get my hands on that damn RAW file but it'll do for now:)

In the main city.. all the electricity stuff is underground.. because it's more convenient that way.. This is why pylons are only found in rural areas or smaller towns.. and mostly in the outskirts of big cities..

I don't know why I had the urge to impart this remarkably pointless information. :|

Thank's mate, after I've stared at a shot any more than a certain length of time I'm never too sure.

That's so true. I can't remember ever seeing one of those things in the middle of a city or industrial area.

I love the vivid colors here and the blooming flowers. The pylons don't lessen the beauty of the landscape.
